WordPress Website Design -- 2

I'm a successful Realtor/Builder in Virginia Beach & I recently had my original website removed and I them purchased a Real Estate website theme from ThemeForest.net. Now I'm looking to have the site content added (bio, contact info, listing pics etc.). You must be very familiar with WordPress, able to design & layout content pages and must have previous experience in working with a Real Estate website. In addition to the Real Estate site I am part owner of a new Non Profit venture that will launch in Jan 2017. we also have just purchased a WordPress theme for themforest.net. This themed website also needs content & other info added. You the freelancer must creative and able to write some web content. If after reviewing your quote & we are interested in further conversation, I will provide to you with the urls of the two websites and if things progress from there I would need to talk to you via cell, face time etc. ( IF YOU CAN NOT DO THIS PLEASE DO NOT BID) We are not just looking to do a one time update, rather we would like to have someone we can hire to not only complete these 2 jobs but also be able to update and design the additional web pages, sites etc as our companies expand. attached the some pics of a property I sold about a month ago (for $1.200.00) 5210 Commodore Bluff, Suffolk, VA 23435. For this site I need the following: 1. Ability to manage all aspects of the site to make updates & changes. 2. Under find my home= area of the home page- this should be linked to my local MLS. (REIN). Looking the same way. 3. Listing: ability to add & change these and ability to insert the word SOLD or PENDING across the picture of the home. 4. Area of the home page that says Lorem Post with Image Format I would like that to be a link to our nonprofit website, 5 Area of the home page that says Example Video Blog Post, I would like to change that to area that I can insert a video 6. Area of the home page that says Example Post With Galley Post Format - I would like that are to be a link to my [login to view URL] store 7. On the bottom of the home page where it says Partners the underneath graphic, photdune etc I would like to remove or cover up. I'm open to any ideas that you might have to make this the best site we can. Budget is 200-250 depending on what you can deliver and how fast.
