WordPress Plugin to lookup Vehicle Recalls via API

I'm looking for a developer create a WordPress Plugin using the following API: [login to view URL] There are plenty of websites which allow users to lookup if a vehicle has a manufactures recall by searching a single VIN. (a VIN is like a serial number for a vehicle. All manufactures recalls are specific to the VIN) The purpose of this plugin is to provide a solution for users to perform a bulk search of VIN's, which will return any applicable manufacturer "recall" information. Input Users to enter a VIN number(s) one per line or csv (i'm open to suggestions) VIN(s) are checked against the recall database via the API Any matching VIN(s) with a recall are returned in the results/output. Search / Lookup Options: single VIN, list of VINs, upload excel or csv containing VINs Output The output should be delivered on the web page as a table with the option to export as a csv file. VIN: 1FTPX14VX8FB97242 Year: 2008 Make: FORD Model: F-150 Number of Open Recalls: 2 The output/results for the lookup should include all of the available fields.
