Why don't we just create invoice and capture payment? There is not any need to create new order etc. Just create invoice on payment capture. Price will update without reload. This is a catchy feature and it requires overwriting woocommerce core function. Though, it is do able. TASK 2 Panel creation. This is not a problem. Consider it done. Task 3 I will create client area with instagram and fb api integration to login into the system. Request cancellation reason popup and order management for client to edit order and intimate in admin panel about the change. You have provided nice email template with short-code tags. It's great.
