Wordpress email list

I need help from a Wordpress expert good in english language to make an email list, promoton box and link my facebook page. 1: Email list: I use Mailpoet WP widget. You will insert it (on the right top) and do so visitors that leave their email address in the opt in-box, gets a document (like an e-book) immedately to save on their computer. You will get the document from me in Word. In the opt in box it will be little text for you to put in swedish that you get from me in an attached file. 2: Adding a widget? ( a box) below the opt-in box on the home page, promoting an online course with a couple of sentences and an image. When visitors click on the box, they get directed to the relevant page on the website for the course. 3. I want my facebook page linked to the website. I have already an email list that must be saved. Now I am changing the document, so I guess it needs to be made a new list so those who have opt in for the old list, also can register for the new one. Do a backup before you start the job.
