Wordpress Edits- Ongoing Projects

I own [login to view URL] I have had this site for 4 years, and it is in need of some updating. I want someone who not only can code for Wordpress, but is also a graphic designer. I don't just want the functions of the website, I want it to look good as well. The site currently uses this theme: [login to view URL] This is an ongoing project over the next couple of weeks. If I am happy with the work the freelancer does on this phase, I will award them the next phases of the work as well. Phase 1 requires the following to be done: 1. Home Page needs to be completely redesigned, using colors and style that complements our new logo (see attached). It needs to be more professional looking. This is where the graphic designer will come in helpful! I will provide you the text for the home page. The rest of the site should reflect this style as well. I would like to incorporate the attached image ([login to view URL]) or one very similar to it on the home page. 2. I need to add a photo gallery. There should be a main page called "STUDENT PROJECTS". From that page, there should be a list of albums that I can create and add both photo AND video content to. We will need to copy the current website content into a shell url for you to work on. I can provide this or you can. Once the new website is completely functional and I approve it, it needs to be installed on my current url. To be considered for the job, you must: 1. Have at least 10 reviews on Freelancer.
