Hi there, I need a wordpress developer to assist me with my site on an ongoing basis. Knowledge of PHP etc is essential as there are alot of custom features that need to be built into the website. I am looking to pay a monthly retainer amount to obtain a certain number of hours of dev time each month. Response time is essential, if my site needs urgent attention, such as pages going down, I will require you to assist with the site urgently. Also if messages or emails are sent to the developer, even if not urgent, I at least require some acknowledgement of receipt within 5 working hours of it being sent. A contract will be written up to regulate the relationship with the developer, as I have been burnt and disappointed by nearly every developer I have every worked with. My main area of disappointment is a simple lack of any communication. So this is essential. Also english speaking is essential. It need not be your first language, but there should not be any language barrier issues. The proposal needs to include: 1) The developers monthly cost; 2) How many hours the developer will provide per month at that cost. I am look to pay between $150 and $200 per month
