We are looking for a WordPress Web Developer that's willing to work on our server using the plugins and templates already established for the site. Candidate must have different programming skills such as namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. They have also understanding of aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). We are looking for an experienced and passionate WordPress Developer to join our IT team! As a WordPress Developer at our company, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of latest industry trends and content management systems. WordPress Developer duties and responsibilities Designing and implementing new features and functionality Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin. WordPress Developer requirements and qualifications: Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications Experience designing and developing responsive design websites Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc. Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}} Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

After a search is resolved the anonymous visitor is presented with a listing of properties that match the search. Before an anonymous visitor can click into a search result they must sign up (or sign in). Present anonymous visitors with the information required by law: Terms of service, privacy statement, anything else applicable by local laws. Present anonymous visitors with marketing material to promote the company, such as an about-us page, contact information, write-ups about the agents, testimonials, success stories, etc. Features for Regular Users: Search properties. View listing of properties that match the search. Save favorite property searches. Eventually get notifications about new properties that match a saved search. Click into a property to view the property details. Save favorite properties. Add notes and tags to a property. Eventually get notifications about saved properties such as a price drop, or the property having gone off the market. Contact an agent.
