I have a global store, I offer COD for India. 1. Customer must get OTP verification once he choose cash on delivery as payment gateway. [login to view URL] must then pay either 10% of product price or the custom amount we set using ccavenue gateway. 3. Customer order must be then confirmed and customer must be informed the balance amount he has to pay once the order is complete. [login to view URL] settings must be applicable only in India. Other countries must function as it is in default. (COD Option is disabled for other countries) It is actually not complete cash on delivery, it is partial cash on delivery.
