I am looking for a freelancer to help me with Bullhorn Rest API integration for a simple recruitment website that is primarily based in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Essentially I require a sign up form for applicants to upload their Curriculum Vitaes/Resumes and contact information, and for this to be transmitted to Bullhorn and the uploaded documents to be parsed (via Bullhorns software) - thus creating a complete data entry in the Bullhorn database. Functionality Requirements: 1. Create a 'Sign Up Form' that incorporates several fields (e.g. name, contact, 'What jobs are you interested in' and 'Where do you want to work' and also 'upload/attach' PDF/Doc for Curriculum Vitaes. 2. All data/completed applications need to be transmitted to Bullhorn using the REST API, resulting in a new data entry on the Bullhorn Database system - this includes attached PDF's being parsed within Bullhorn. See developer site for how best to implement this. 3. A daily cron grab (or other suitable solution) to transmit information to Bullhorn in a reliable manner (we expect high volume applications) Please include in your proposal: 1. Your understanding of the brief/project requirements 2. Any experience with Bullhorn Integration (this is a major advantage) 3. What web programming languages you expect to use. 4. An estimate time for completion and the earliest date you could start. Additional information on the API can be found at [login to view URL] and please note there is no preference on what programming languages are used to achieve the above goals e.g. HTML, PHP, JSON or .NET etc. Upon successful completion there is the possibility of future work and modifications, such as importing job board listings or a job search function.

Hi, I have read and understood your requirements. Here are my answers to your questions: 1. Your understanding of the brief/project requirements I understand that you have the html pages ready and those are made using html/css and javascript. You want me to create relevant forms to collect data from user (registration, login, create profile, upload CV etc) and transfer that data to bullhorn system. You are proposing to keep data in local system and then transfer it in bulk through cron job. However, I would advice to transfer data to bull horn simultaneously. This will make the data available on bull horn concurrently and will also save bandwidth as there will not be any high load at any particular time on the system. 2. Any experience with Bullhorn Integration (this is a major advantage) No, I don't have any particular experience with Bullhorn API in specific but I have used over 20 different REST APIs for several survices like payment gateways, shipping providers and I have even created my own REST APIs for smart phone apps. I am quite well versed in both creating and implementing REST APIs. 3. What web programming languages you expect to use. I shall use PHP and mySQL for local data management. All API calls shall be made through Ajax or PHP cURL 4.
