Contractors - Purpose - Generate leads for contractors. Users Looking for Contractors would come onto the site and create a post, Posts Include text - photo or video of the project space/item, a budget range for the project a schedule for when they need the project done and a brief description of what they want. After submission contractors who've signed up to the site will be able to browse for these projects listed based on by the category of work and distance from their place of business. When the contractors bid for the lead, they will be able to send the user a message giving them a free estimate and further project details. The user would then be given a list of the contractors who are bidding for their project with their messages and estimates. The contractor selected by the user would then be notified and given the user's full contact information and would be charged 10% of the estimate posted by the contractor. - WOULD THIS BE 10% TO THE BUDGET? So It would allow them to select Job Awarded then a box would come up for them to type in this name, only ADMIN would see the name. So now he contacts user and sends him billing address to get check sent to him or any way to get paid once he gets paid OUTSIDE of website, he then changes UNPAID to PAID.
