Website Development Assistance

We're building a free to use platform within the diving industry. There are a number of things that we wish to develop with our site and off the shelf plugins and themes can only take us so far. Looking for help with Google API the map must be customised colours and markers etc. Users must be able to filter the information shown and the data shown must come from a number of sources on the site. We also need custom forms built that can be altered by the member of the site to a layout that they desire to use. The information on this form will populate information in other areas of the site. We're currently set up with X Theme and Ultimate member, we've also got a host of plugins installed and the website laid out roughly how we're looking to use it. (the basic framework is done).
