Web- and mobile Tool for staffing agency / We only accept and read individual offers

Project „Database and projectmanagement“ We are a staffing agency and need a tool which has all the profiles of our freelancing workers in it (going to be more than 40.000). Furthermore we want to manage projects with it and recruit using the tool. Also the tool is going to have an mobile component with which we want to control the work of our workers. 1. Registration Formular This part is already done but has to be changed very little. 2. Webapp (This is for Admins) a) Dashboard - Upcoming Events with preview information for the events - New registrations of potential workers (unconfirmed yet) - Presentation of worker profiles including information from registration formular incl an rating system of the workers and a function to favorize specific workers b) Searchfunction - Here we want to be able to search for workers by postal code + radius and all the other parameters c) Projects - We need to be able to create projects including important information like client, date, time, budget and so on - Within these projects we need a recruitingsystem to advise the certain job to one of our workers - Contractmanagement - We want to contact the people by Mail, SMS and Whatsapp. So when we need 10 workers, we write a newsletter via mail, sms or whatsapp to 100 potential workers and see who reacts and afterwards we check. - At the end of a project we rate the several workers by their performance - Invoicemanagement of the workers and of us d) Notificationsystem - We need a system that reminds us of events, invoices, timelines and so on 3. Mobile APP (This is for our workers) a) Registration, Login or Verification process for workers b) Projects - worker is getting requests through app - can sign contracts via app (touch ID or virtual sign) - worker gets the briefing via app - at the actual job he can click on “on my way” (we know that everything is fine), on “Start” (he started the job and with this we automatically get his location), “Pause” (he makes a break), “Weiter” (break ended) and “Ende” (the work ended. Then he will fill up an reporting with the app and upload pictures and information c) Invoicemanagement for workers - our workers are freelancers therefore they give us an invoice with every job. This has to be managed with the app. d) Notificationsystem The worker gets notifications when he doesn’t confirm something in time and so on. More or less than 40% of the job is already done. We need developers to continue and end the job in fast time.
