The site will be a meetingplace to connect the Libertarian Realtors / Agents and Clients(Buyers and Sellers). Clients: requires the service of the agents for either Buying or Selling. Agents / Realtors: are Service providers for Buyers or Sellers or Both. The Landing page of the site will display the mission statement, short bio about the site. Users can click on the AGENT or CLIENT buttons to open the appropriate sites. Agent Site : a. Agents can register on the site and post their information and Service area. b. The can update their Bio, Location and contact details. c. Can receive the enquiries from Clients. Client Site: a. Clients register on the site and search for properties. b. They will provide the Name postcode and search. c. Site will match the agents for the postcode and the service requested(buying or selling) d. The matched agents list will be displayed. e. Clients can view their details on a detail page and can connec to them directly or by submitting the inquiry form on the site. Technical details: a. The site will be designed and developed in WordPress CMS with a customized theme. b. The necessary functionality will be coded and integrated. c. Hi there, According to my understanding, basically Libertarian Realtors will register on the website and post their contact details and service area postcode. The main page of the website will describe website bio and mission statements and then there will be two buttons leading to different pages, one is AGENT and another one is Client On agent page, there will be a list of all agents registered on the website. The client can search and select appropriate agent out of the list. He can contact them via offline or via the contact form. Agents will be different according to buying and selling options.
