Web-based application and iOS/Android Appto automate instagram

I need to develop a web-based application and iOS/Android App. Needs to be developed on a platform like shopify or wix so I can change design and display of it (if possible). I am unable to code. Prefer someone with design and coding skills. Needs to look aesthetically appealing and thematic. Also needs to be secure and unhackable. Need to develop: 1. Post scheduling: upload photos and videos from the desktop or direct from “user photos” (see section 8). Option to edit photos with instagram filters, tag other instagram accounts and the ability to post an automated comment as soon as it is uploaded. Must be able to use same emojis as on iphone when writing caption/comment. I would then like the option to automatically post to linked facebook account. 2. Inbox: I would like an instagram inbox which you can reply to messages through the computer and doesn’t delete messages. 3. Influencer outreach: This section will enable the user to identify the top Instagram users in different segments and send messages to them. I want to be able to type in different filters and the software will pull data from the last 100K posts using these filters. The filters will be hashtags, locations, gender and/or usernames. I would like this data to be used to display the top users ranked by number of followers and interactions which displays their Instagram URL / name / email (if possible) / number of followers. I would then like to be able to select the bloggers (both select all option, mass select (click, shift, click) and manually select option) and have the option to: 1. Write a customizable message which sends directly to the selected influencer through instagram automatically. This needs to use the same technology as holr and space out the speed at which the messages are sent to avoid the account being blocked. 2. If possible, write a customizable email which sends directly to the email address of the selected influencers. The emails must not appear as junk or spam in the recipients inbox. The email message must also allow attachments and letter heads. 4. User outreach: Automated messenger which allows someone to send a message to 1) All followers, 2) New followers and 3) Recipient list. Also space out speed at which sent. 5. Follow/Unfollow, Like and comment: I would like a bot to make the instagram account automatically like, comment on, follow or unfollow user accounts and photos based on customizable filters. This needs to be like instagress and use the same technology and filters. Also space out speed at which follows/unfollows, likes and comments are done. 6. Hashtags: I would like to be able to pull up the most popular hashtags according to filters. See the app TagsforLikes as an example. However, I would like it to be automatically updated in real time and only show the amount that instagram will allow per comment (I think its 20) 7. Mass unfollow: I would like a bot to make the instagram account automatically mass unfollow either followers or following, based on accounts which follow back, don’t follow back or generally the desired amount of accounts you want to unfollow. These unfollows will need to be spaced out to avoid the account being blocked. Similar to the app Delete. 8. User photos: Automatically downloads all photos and videos that the account is tagged in or mentioned in a comment. Also can import photos and videos directly from instagram (similar to a repost app). Also has the option to import all saved photos from Instagram app. 9. Instagram Analytics: I would like in depth, yet simple analytics for the instagram account. 10. Market place: Classified webpage, like gumtree but for social media related listings.
