Validate Tax Numbers GST/HST/QST

This project has 2 parts: 1. VALIDATION OF GST/HST REGISTRY NUMBER 2. VALIDATION OF A QST REGISTRATION NUMBER VALIDATION OF GST/HST REGISTRY NUMBER: I need a software which will take the Excel file as input with a list of code numbers, names and dates. The software will output the same file with an additional 4th column which would be populated based on the website search result. Site: [login to view URL] Click on “I AGREE”  This will forward to a new GST/HST REGISTRY SEARCH page Here, you will take the input file and search one row at a time and populate the 4th column based on the search result. The options I have seen are: • RESULT: GST/HST number registered on this transaction date. • RESULT: Insufficient information entered. Note: In control panel, under Region, my Short date format is: M/dd/yy  you may need to set the same to make the date format work. ** This is the first milestone VALIDATION OF A QST REGISTRATION NUMBER: It’s similar to GST/HST Registry but different list and website. This second software will take an Excel file as Input with a list of code numbers and names. The software will output the same file with 5 additional columns which would be populated based on the website search result. Here, you will input file and search one row at a time and populate result columns. Column 3 (Heading FOUND): FOUND / NOT FOUND (whether it’s found or not) Column 4 (Heading STATUS): VALID, INACTIVE OR NON-EXISTANT (based on the search result) Column 5 (EFFECTIVE DATE) : Effective date of status (based on the search result) Column 6 (Business Name): Business name (based on the search result) Column 7 (Firm Name): Firm name (based on the search result) ** This is the second and final milestone
