use search API for capturing data

I have a server that houses data on clients such as, email, phone numbers, and pictures. I would like this data to be pulled over from the primary (productive server) and then use the Google Custom Search API and search the web based on this data and list/link to the places that we find the pictures, email addresses, or phone numbers on the web. Capture this data for each client. I want to permanently retain this info in the server. No high-end front end needed. Simple admin or backend needed for my purposes, but now much else is needed at this time. My goal is to sign up new clients, then we push or pull the data to this scrubbing server and the server to do its thing and when I click or search for a client, I can be taken to a profile page that lists and links to the places on the web this information is found.
