I need someone to build a web services that we can build URL that can redirect to multiple different URL, with rotation URLs by a define frequency or ratio. For example: URL1 redirect to URL-a, URL-b, URL-c I will give you the URL format and how I want the software to work. We also want to track the IP and session of the user who click on that.
