I am a representative of the Ellis Family Charitable Foundation. In 2012, we hired a programmer to automate the site to allow for grant applicants to submit their applications online. Most of the work was done satisfactorily. However, there are bugs and upgrades needed to allow for a more seamless experience for the applicant and the back end reporting.
