Hi, 1)I need a program that automatize our travel offers quotations. The software should be a back office source that change automatically the prices of the packages: up to the different hotels and up of the number of nights, adding or deleting products (ex. airport transfer to hotel) and changing the tour price up to the amount of people. The software should report under each service the date (ex. 4 days/3 nights at Prince Palace hotel - Check in 20 July Check out 23 July). The software should also have the same products but for different languages (inside each flag we will insert the same products but with the description in a different language). 2)I need a software that manage the bookings. Once that the tours and packages are sold the software should perform automatically the accounting of the tours, send the booking to the hotels and to the people in charge for each booking (ex. send the booking request and accounting with all booking details to the email of who has to execute the service). The software should have a calendar about tours, customers activity and send notification when there is the time limits to pay hotels or providers. Finally this software should generate a voucher with all booking details and contact numbers of the people in charge for each service.
