Hello, this will be easily achieved with rate limit and even some firewall that drops requests after certain behaviour. Let me know if you're interested, I can get this done today.

So when it comes to flood prevention it depends on what you are wanting to prevent. You may not need to do that many rules if you could implement a system that already exists in your current repositories.
