Software in VB.net to send email on Free Gmail Account

I need you to make me a software in VB.net to send emails on my Free Gmail Account. This must work with FREE Gmail accounts. And it must not require other company's email codes that expire and need payment for renewal. I must be able to use this forever for free on my free Gmail account. When the software is opened, it should read the content of the email from a text file saved on the same folder as the EXE software. The text file should be named "Email [login to view URL]". The first line of the text file would be the user's gmail account ID, The 2nd line is email password. 3rd line is email address to whom to send the email. 4th line is the the email subject. 5th line and on is the email content. The software should then send the email through the FREE Gmail account. After the email is sent the software should save the results on a text file named "[login to view URL]" which will be located on the same folder as the EXE file. If the email was sent successfully, the software should write "Email sent successfully" on the 1st line of the "[login to view URL]" file. If there were any errors in sending the email, it should write that error on the "[login to view URL]" file (for example "No internet connection", or other errors". After the email is sent the software should automatically close. You need to provide me the code in VB.net, and also the EXE software.
