Snipe-IT (Laravel) integration to Microsoft Dynamics GP

I need to integrate "Snipe-IT Free Open Source Asset Management Software" developed on laravel to Microsoft Dynamics GP. I need a laravel expert that's also a Microsoft developer to help with this. The task is simply this: When a new asset is added to Snipe-IT we want to automatically post that asset data to Microsft Dynamics GP thereby avoiding entering records twice. Also i will like to expand Snipe-IT with an extra report page to display all assets and their values thereby display total asset value and this can be filtered by department/company etc. Please before you bid on this project make sure you mention the phrase "Snipe-IT Modification".
