We need someone who is excellent in PHP, MySQL and have strong skills on web development. You will have to build a SMS subscription system if user have to subscribe to health related tips, he will just send "HEALTH" to a number, and our backend should send him daily tips for that related category. Please bid if you have only done this kind of work before. Thanks.
