Simple Web Based MySQL / PHP Tool Development

Contract Suggestion Tool Please read the full project details before submitting a proposal. We require urgent development of a web based 3 stage tool (detailed below) for our homepage, which will assist users in looking for a contract. You can see some sample mockups of the tool attached (a full pack of PSDs and mockups will be sent to person who wins this opportunity). Tool requirements: A complete development of the contract suggestion tool. The tool will use conditional statements e.g. the answer to question 1 (I’m a) will determine the options available in question 2 (Looking to) The information for the tool should all be on the same URL. In other words, when a user clicks or unclicks an option from 1 or 2, the information should be loaded using CSS or jQuery (i.e. not by loading a new URL). For each person that uses the tool, their information needs to be added to activecampaign through an API with their custom fields, this data should also be stored in a MySQL database. The tool will have 3 stages that need to be coded by you. Stage1: I’m a X looking for Y Stage 2: Email capture Stage 3: Results page Stage1: I’m a X looking for Y will have 3 steps, 1) I’m a 2) Looking For 3) Go to Final Step. Stage 2: Email capture will have 2 steps 1) Enter Email 2) See Suggested Contracts Stage 3: Results page will have the main call to action Add To Cart. Results page will have other dynamic properties clarified below. We will supply a spreadsheet containing all of the information to be used by the tool, PSDs & mockups of the tool We will be using non-standard UI elements such as clickable drop down menus as per mockups. You will be required to code the logic for how the tool should identify the contract pack to be suggested, which will need to be done using to PHP/MySQL. This project must be completed by the 6th of November, 2015 , 33% of the project payment will be contingent on completing the project on time - Please confirm that you accept the contingent terms in your proposal. Project Details We will supply a more detailed brief with a step-by-step overview of how each stage of the tool should function, project details and mockups/database to the successful bidder.
