shell script that can ssh and capture the success and failure result

Hi Team, Myself wants a shell script that can ssh and capture the success and failure result to a file with option to ssh to a list of network devices (from separate text file with list of IPs' of devices). Username and Password remains a constant text (example username as admin and password as admin@123) On success or failure of ssh with specific username and password to all list of devices needs to capture the result to a file with specific date as the file name Success to each devices will need a succes response saved to file and failure needs a response. failure needs the output taken direct from the device to a file. (It can be time out, authentication failure,,,etc direct failure result from devices) SSH starts from 1st devices to n devices (where n is the IP's defined on the separate text file) Thanks, Naveen
