Setup Zapier EMail Parser to create leads in Bitrix24 -- 2

There are two tasks. TASK 1.1: Emailed Lead ----> Zapier EMail Parser ----> Bitrix24 New Lead. Leads are forwarded to the Zapier email parser which create New Leads entries in the Bitrix24 CRM through a 2 step zap. TASK 1.2: Bitrix24 CRM Form "Property Application Form" ----> Bitrix24 New Deal Bitrix24 CRM Form will capture property applications and create a New Deal entry in Bitrix24. MUST have experience with Zapier.
