SEO and pre rendering angularjs

Hi boss this is what we need for our website to work correctly when links being shared and on search engines like google and bing. I am writing details for freelancer We want an expert in SEO, link share detector like whatsapp bot, facebook bot, twitter bot for Angularjs (angular 1). We want our public pages to be listed on bing, google and other search engines and when somebody share our public pages links, it should be detected by the bots and all the information like name, description and picture should be detected.
