Seeking Skilled Developer familiar with FFMPEG + Image Manipulation + Linux + Scalable Architecture

Hi there! We have a web based app that we are working on and are seeking either a skilled developer or team to help us with some modifications to an existing software package. The software we are using is LAMP based. The changes + development to the software include the following:
-Creating FFMPEG based conversion scripts to be executed via file manager dashboard
-Creating image editing script for cropping, adding filters, and resizing images via file manager dashboard
-Creating XML based playlists
-Rewriting URL's (cleaning up...hiding .php?=ABC)
-Unique URL Download Key's + encryption
-Scalability architecture using multi-server environment
-Familiarity with FreeBSD + Nginx
-DropBox API Integration
Those are probably the most complex of the tasks, but should give you an idea of what we're working on. The ideal candidate will not just be qualified, but also be able to collaborate on ideas on how to implement our vision & suggest new ideas as we progress on the project.
