This task needs to be done in VisualForce and Should work in lightning task Details There is two type of Groups Event and Membership each has three groups Tier1, Tier2 and Tier3. Admin should be able to search and add Agents in each group, remove agents from these groups. Activate or Inactivate User in a group. We need a mean to assign Contact and opportunity to Agents based on round robin rule on active agents in each tier. I have already completed Partial UI. Need to give finishing touch and add round-robin logic. You can complete it on your end and finally work on our system for deployment Need to further create ListView on the opportunity
