Run a query and display results on a chatbox sidebar - wordpress - Dating theme

Need someone who can display the answers from a questionnaire which people fill in before registering on wordpress dating website in the chatbox sidebar so that when people are chatting to each other, they can see what the opposite person has answered?
That could be the query we need to run:
1. $querystr = "SELECT * FROM `wps_formmaker_submits` WHERE `user_id_wd` = ' here there is a need to add an ID of the user, with whom you are chatting.
2. Then create a wp query and get the $wpdb->get_results($querystr, OBJECT); result.
3. Display the result where you want.
