Reoccuring PayPal payment fix for OsDate version 2.65 -- 2

You MUST know OsDate, PayPal API and must know about the issue I am referring to with osDate. It is not a difficult task so the payment is small but I need this fixed ASAP. I need this delivered in a package with all files to fix the script and a document detailed what was done to fix the problem. I am looking for a permanent freelancer to work with on all my ongoing osdate and website development jobs, so if you can do this job quickly and efficiently I will have a lot more work for you. ISSUE: I have PayPal payments working now as a ONE TIME payment and does update the users membership after PayPal payment but it is NOT setting the payments up as a reoccurring/subscription with PayPal and the system is NOT checking with PayPal to see if the users membership was paid or not for the next time/payment period. You will need to have the ability to test the system via PayPal payments which I will credit back to you immediately or you can use my PayPal account to test your work with. Or I can test it on my end but we will need to test and verify that the reoccurring payments are being made, the system is checking with PayPal to see if payments were made and updating the users membership accordingly to either extend their membership till the next payment date or demoting their membership to the default level for non payment. Its imperative that you know OsDate, PayPal API and Smarty PHP
