Refresh/Sort problem in Joomla Plugin

My opensource plugin is here: [url removed, login to view] The test website is here: [url removed, login to view] If you choose stack view and make the browser window smaller, sorting does not work. The page is not "refreshed". Must be AJAX/Javascript problem. I think this can be solved easily.
