quiz template

I wish to have a quiz script made that will allow me to embed it into my website. I am moderately skilled enough to build my own page. I want it to be similar to playbuzz's offering but without the option for another person to embed my questions in another site. The content of the questions is my own unique content; so, I need to maintain strict control of it and not let others use the content of those questions. I want to maintain control of the content and run everything from my own server. The creating and editing of the questions and answers needs to be efficient and quick. It must be shareable on social media platforms. I don't want to force users to login to facebook before starting or finishing the quiz. The appearance must not look like commodore 64 graphics. I need to be able to add pictures to both the questions, answers, etc.. Results should be added up at the end, presented in a pie chart or small graphic, and shareable. The questions should appear one at a time rather than all at once on a long web-page. I bought some software for this project already but I am not happy with it at present and have not implemented it on my site yet. ([login to view URL]).
