I have a "master" website which runs on one server, and is located behind a htaccess password. I would like to upload the entire website (but without the htaccess protection) every 96 hours (or on demand) to another webserver (the "slave"). The connection could be via FTP. In addition to the files, it is necessary to upload the entire content of the MySQL database from the "master" website to the other webserver. The tool should run locally on a Windows PC, no need for it to run as a service. It would be good if multiple "masters" could be uploaded to multiple "slave" websites. If you have a solution that this tool can run online using PHP etc (ie no Windows utility) then that is fine too. Fixed budget 200 USD. Will prefer Russian speaking programmers.

Hi, do you have *nix as host OS on both sites? I can make bash-script then, which would startup via cron every 96 hours to backup mysqldb and gzip the files. To upload(FTP, SCP, SFTP) files to server bash command can be used also (non GUI solution). It might be web-application either php+JS(any OS) or delphi(Win OS) if you want to sync several "masters->slaves" sites(GUI solution) I'm speak russian.
