Pressure Washing Co Wordpress Site

This is a VERY small site that I would like done in 4 pages: Home, About Us, Services, and Photos & Testimonials. I have some degree of web site design, but that was ages ago. I tired using so many countless themes to get what I wanted, but I could not get ANY of them to work correctly. I am capable of doing some smaller things. Like adding images to a gallery, and even some light design. But between finding a there that fits, and getting it done fast and how I wanted it....was NOT happening lol. I am looking for someone to even just do the very basics, as the issues I had were: - Could not get banner I made to go on the very top. While I do not mind a top navbar before the banner, I don't really want the seemingly default huge header theme. - It honestly was a bit overwhelming with the countless options, themes, etc. - I need to get it done as soon as possible. I have hosting and WP both setup on my domain, and while I can ASSURE you this is NO masterpiece, I tried to make a design in Photoshop of how the main page would look. It is not what I am hoping for, but should hopefully give you an idea... So, FINISHING UP PAGES: - Home: - Services: a brief list of services offered - About Us: Info written below, maybe also an estimate form? Not sure, he prefers talking directly with clients. - Feedback & Images: I wanted to include all of his images with his feedback from HomeAdvisor (4-5 reviews, all are under 1 sentence lol.) Would love the option to have other users leave feedback to only the site as well. WANTS TO INCLUDE: - A call now button that pref follows as you scroll down - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - must have - Before and after Gallery of images LAYOUT: I am thinking that I would love to see something like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - others: [login to view URL] AAND [login to view URL] I have laid out a VERY rough draft as to my idea about a layout, which I am not opposed to trying something new. In my head, I had the 3-column layout with 4 pages. The pages won't have too much detail in them however, so if you can think of a better option, please let me know.
