Accepter user 3. sales point user sales point will log in to the system and they can start to see the picture of the available card note: data which is showing to the sales point, it will come from owner account always owner can enter or upload many codes and from each product ( cards ) and he can set the available quantity to the accepter account A- owner account: can enter the data for the cards from a text file or excel file has a table of 3 value ( serial No - Pin code - Type ) the owner had just added 10k cards of 1st service card but he let the system realize there is only 1K cards are available , owner can also see all needed info and can analyze the sales volume and track the statistics of sales point and know everything about sales and can give permission to necessary sales as well also can see daily sales volume, orders count, sales point orders and which one is more active B- order manager and accepter account: can manage the coming orders from the sales point and that will be written with each code sold to know that order accepted throw which employee C - sales point account: who can browse available cards with real stock availability and can fill up his cart and send to the accepter account who is responsible to prosses his request sales point will log in and they can start to see the picture of the available card they will press over the needed card then will select the amount needed and add to his cart sales point shouldn't mix cards or mistaken use them, so each card should be archived with information about the end user who got it, this info will be entered from the salesman and he cannot go to the next recharge prosses until he types this filed " my sales point can deal with end user, the only needed information that sales point should be forced to type down next to each code the end user info: like email if google play card or mobile number if he got top-up his operator balance something like this" -this site will be 2 languages ( RTL and LTR ) - the end user cannot deal with my system because the end user can only go to the shop to buy what code he needs so end user will not open my system the salesman can request the code and accepter can approve it since the owner gave the permission to him - all the system is private no one can access is the only owner can open an account to the accepter and sales point accounts - cards will be about 20 kind and each kind up to 10000 pin -the owner can add pins but he can choose how many in online or offline ( like he can add 10000 pins but 2500 pin is available in the stock so he can track the activity of circulated pins on the market - real-time inventory for remaining codes - all kind of analyzing nothing is going public all of this info in a close circle and nothing can be connected with payment gateway because I can manage the finance my self in the city the whole idea is to stop wasting paper and print codes on it thanks for example, you can have a look for [login to view URL] to get some ideas thanks again
