poll or opinion web site

hi I am looking for a public opinion and poll website for contemporary events. Admin/editer enter a article about a contemporary event then end of the article the admin ask a question/opinion about the contemporary event and give access for public to vote/or choice of a answer yes ,no or don't know/nither and explain why they choice that answer and what is there opinion/thought about the contemporary event when the poll/article close, then display the answer in percentage (possible with graphics) and another article (editor choice) from the admin about same contemporary event and about the public opinion close the poll .But public can see anytime in future but cannot poll it. Than the results must be share to all social medias. All the public parthcipation need to register there 1) name/nick name 2) a valid email address than can participate in the event. Once they finish there poll/opinion they will recive a email and confirm there entery,each parthcipation can enter as many as they want and they can reply some ones opinion.
