phpBB forum - automatically put links on certain keywords

We have a forum were we are interested in automatically putting links to our main website in order to increase the value for our users and the SEO ranking of our main website.

The words that should be linked will be found from a url on our main website containing a few thousand rows, like this:

word1,url1

word2,url2

word3,url3

and so on...

The words may have a space " " or forward slash "/" before the word. After the word there might be a dot "." or space " ".

Anywhere in posts where such words are found, a link should be put.

The list is regularly updated - words are added and words might be removed from the list.

The forum should somehow cache the list up to 24 hours, so that the forum doesn't have to ask our server for every time a page is loaded in the forum.

We can provide you with a regular expression for you to identify the type of words that might be linked. Then you'll have to check if the word exists in the list and then put a link to that page.

You won't get access to our servers. But we will provide a zip-file or git-repo with the forum so that you can work locally or set up your own test environment.

It is required that you have experience from working with phpBB.
