PHP SQL expert needed start tonight

If i hire you and you work for 5 mins then disappear till tomorrow that is not acceptable behavior and tells me (A.) you cannot follow instructions. (B.) you do not want to work (C.) We are developers we know how long this stuff should take to complete, we have a overflow of work which is why we are hiring help. If it takes us 10mins to do something it should take you no more than 12mins , preferably it should only take you 8mins as we are looking to hire someone that is on the same level of coding standards as us or better than us :) That pretty much covers the work ethics portion, if you do not have good work ethics please do not bid and waste our time.
