PHP page with Import/export GPX areas on google maps

Create a PHP page, where you can see a list of areas. When click on one area show it on the map and ability to modify the area and automatically save modifications in PostgreSQL database. The export should be done as GPX file. After importing the areas (GPX file) there will be shown in the map and saved in the PostgreSQL database. After importing you can select the areas stored in the database by year and possibility to modify the areas using drawing tools from google maps API.
