I need a PHP file that will grab and cache a NWS api request on my server in json. It should update the cache every 30 minutes without a cron job. The file will need to adhere to the NWS specifications and I will give you the API request URL. It will need to have Accept Headers as per the NWS documentation. I will provide additional information as requested. This file will be used on the backend of my site so I only need to be able to read the API output in json exactly as it appears in the API. I don't need any special design for anyone to be able to see the data I have all that covered. I am NOT looking for a widget to view NWS data.
