Hii! I hope that u all are doing fantastic!
We are a group of two people that are developing an e-commerce website in Wordpress for selling personalized clothes. The website is not online yet, as it is on the development phase. As we are beginning in the e-commerce world, if the person that can help us with it is good, we will contact again to do more improvements and also to develop more websites. We would love to discuss it with you by
Ask us for the [PDF] where we explain it better and with more pictures. Because we believed that it is necessary that you understand the problem throughout. The images are only on the PDF file.
[url removed, login to view]
Our idea of how to work it would be sending the codes of the plugin, and we would be the ones that would upload the new code to the website in order to test if it works.
We are using the plugin Fancy Product Designer, in order to let the customers design their own cloths.
There are two problems concerning to this plugin that need to be solved. It does not seem to be really difficult to solve if you are a pro in PHP.
1-When the customer does their own design with the designer, after clicking done, the product images at the product page change for the first view of the design instead of changing each picture for its own view. It is not doing properly the assignment of the pictures. We believe that the problem is related to the function attached.
It can be seen that the image changes properly before doing the custom design:
The next images show the console where to do the design. [Problem 2 is related to this]
Once the design is done, it can be seen on the following pictures that it does not matter the picture that we select (left part). It always shows the same first custom picture.
We believe that the problem is related to the following function. By changing the number from [url removed, login to view].toDataURL(function(dataURL), it shows another view, but it does still changes all the pictures for the picture selected.
2- In the designer, there is a limiting area which do not allow the user to draw or put any content outside this in order to define a designing area, its name is bounding box. The problem is that it is only possible to define a bounding box per product instead of per view, if we want to have a different bounding box for the front view of the t-shirt and another for the sleeves; it is not possible to do it.
Aparently, there is a functionality that allows to change the bounding box in each view but it does not work.
I believe that it would be just adding the bounding box to the class of the view to be changed. Some pictures are attached in order to understand the problem properly.
Thank you very much Edu & Eva
