A peer to peer networking site that creates a chance for people to give help and get help. Features: We are looking at a 2*1 matrix with peering to be done within 8 days. The system should be automated and not manual for anyone to control. How it works: If I give out help, i should expect my account to be given help and from two participant of the website. After receiving the help a system issues an automated reinvesting of a percentage for of the help received to the administration (this is a rainy day payment plan if people are not registering for old users to be merged, website upgrade and administrative cost).
