PayPal IPN custom user payment updates

Awesome PHP Programmer, Nice to meet you. I an in need of a PHP script with MYSQL setup to update VIA Paypal IPN. For someone that knows PayPal IPN this is probably a 20 -30 minute project. For instance I want to have a monthly payment for level One customers. $10 When they pay (monthly re-occurring payment) is activates their account on my db. Then if a "Level Two" customer pays $20 they have their account level access turned on. And so on. These will correspond to the other groups I have setup in db also. This will have three to five groups so should be customize-able and be able to add more easily. Should have a user table, group table and a payment package table, like below. (NOTE: The DB shown below is a sample and can be changed as we need.) ------------ MAIN DB ------------ | |-- users (user table: for accounts I setup manually ) > id > username > passwd > fname > lname > email > phone | |-- groups (groups table: I think PAYPAL UPDATE THIS TABLE ) > groupID > userID > packageID > status > status_update_date | |-- packages (package table: subscription packages that I SET ) > packageID > packageName > value > status > opt1 > opt2 I have the buttons and options setup in my paypal account for the Subscriptions. Verbal communication is required. Meaning that you will be required to speak in person (phone or online audio conference) to me to go over details and to go over delivery of your projects product. Chat communication can be used for quick questions during project production. At minimum an Initial phone conversation before start and final phone conversation is required for any milestone payment or final payment. Due to the nature of this project, all features must be tested and working on my end when I install the code on my live server before final payment is sent.
