Online PDF Creation

I had someone build an online system that would create a PDF. This person made the PDF output image in the file for each card to large.

This should be a very simple fix, all I need is for you to make the two images in the PDF to be displayed as: 3.75 x 2.25

There are some other minor fixes that need to take place as well.

1. Card #1 wording in main area of card needs to be dropped down.

2. When filling out card creation form for address1, address2,and address3. In the output PDF it puts all that information on a single line instead of three separate lines.
