I need a php / python webservice to be able to do the follows -

1. Accept document for analyze, the structure for all document will be the same, not necessarily scanned for the same exact shape or quality

2. Extract 3 items from the document:

2.1 The student ID (appears at the top) - OMR

2.2 The student ID (if exists) as Barcode at the bottom

2.3 The student answers

All of the above should be posted into another webservice (php) or written to a text file / mysql

Please find attached a lot of examples, the success of the project is reading successfully all documents with the same structure, not be able to read the OMR / analyze correctly will set this project as a failure.
