An offline POS or CRM for a small service company

The project is originally conceived to make an offline CRM for small service company in India. The company exchanges services for money in a couple of desk. Background information: In an ideal scenario We will be having admin desk and some operator desk say 5-8 in a particular office. All these desks including the admin desk act as a transaction point for the clients. Each system runs windows OS even you can expect XPSP2 to Windows 10. These are networked in a basic workgroup structure with DHCP enabled and automatic IP address Clients will be awaiting their turn for the appropriate token to direct to the desk. The token system is not included the scope. Particular services will be done in exchange of money and that transaction will be entered in the respective desk by the operator. It will be updates in the system. There will be an actual amount for the service. The service charge is considered as the profit for this organization Our role is giving a software solution to these organizations; we have 10-20 potential clients who run these services. Architecture: As the systems are basic networked, we are opting for a web based solution / or a packaged electrone environment which in turn will have main installation on the admin machine. All database and backend will be done in this machine. Other client machines will use the admin [server] IP/ or electron wrap with the particular opened port to access the content. In this way we can avoid minimum installation and other head aches in the client machines by keeping it in bowser level. One Thermal receipt printer will be there in the network. From all the clients this printer should be accessible and format should be automatically made in the browser to suit this printer for printing the invoice. Printer suggested is ZJIANG 58mm Thermal Receipt Printer (H58 Black) or any approved model. The supply of the printer is excluded from the scope of work but integration should be included. Time should be synced across all the machine with admin system time .Export to excel and print is included by default in all tabular columns and pages. After the installation of the package in the admin machine, admin will make operator logins in the terminal and operator will be able to login with their ID and password.
