Hello, let me start with my brief introduction, i have been working on odoo since version 4.2, it's been several years now. i have worked on each and every release from version 4.2 to v11, and now slowly starting few projects on V12. i have worked on a variety of projects involving customization implementation of different modules such as CRM, Sale, Purchase, Inventory, MRP, Project, HR etc. Related to this project i have had implemented similar projects, where everything runs on odoo except e-commerce is on magento, and then odoo was integrated to download orders/customer info from magento also there are some flags to differentiate e-commerce orders and offline orders, and journal etc configuration can be done. Hello, CRM and all orders can be handled by Odoo. Orders that originate in e-commerce channel are auto synced with Odoo and inventory is thus decreased accordingly. The only difference you will notice is the parameter that indicates the channel of the order (web, sales team 1, etc) . For CRM to create leads we can connect it with the contact form so that each contact form that is sent will create a new lead or opportunity. If some one starts an order in the e shop and then abandons it you will have a list of abandoned orders that you can also transfer to your pipeline and continue manually. We can set up a very good connector for the ecommerce platform and Odoo.

The e shop's contact form can be connected to Odoo CRM, so, whenever we receive the lead, it will be captured on Odoo CRM.
