Need some modifications on a Form. -- 2

The current working registration page adds up the event the visitor wants, provides a total, and sends e-mail to Executive Director. Then the Executive Director manually enters the credit card information received by e-mail from the registration form into PayPal. I want to use the current registration form ([login to view URL]) but delete the credit card information at the bottom of the registration form. The total at the bottom of the registration page will be sent to PayPal when the visitor clicks the button (maybe Pay for Registration). When the visitor arrives at PayPal the total will show and the visitor decides to pay by PayPal or credit/debit card. FTP access to the server on [login to view URL] will be provided. Project should not exceed $50CAD without approval and needs to be completed in three days.
