Very Important - I need some serious developer or company who can pull this off. I will sign a contract before starting the project and if the product is not as needed then the company will pay for time wastage. So, if you do not know what this is then dont apply.

A Translator web app that enables presenters to display live, translated subtitles. As you speak, the app allows you to display subtitles directly on your phone through a website in any one of more than 60 supported text languages. Additionally, up to any number of audience members in the hall can follow along with the presentation in their own language, and on their own phone, tablet, or computer.
Key Features:
• Live subtitling: Speak in any of the 10 supported speech languages – English (en-in), Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam – and subtitle into any one of the 60+ text translation languages chosen by user on their phone
• Customized speech recognition: Presenters have the option to customize the speech recognition engine using the vocabulary to adapt to jargon, sanskrit or hindi words, product or place names, etc.
• Audience Participation: Share a QR- or five letter conversation code and your audience can follow along with your talk, on their own device, in their chosen language.
• Open the mic to multi-lingual Q&A: Unmute the audience to allow questions in any of the supported languages (spoken questions, 60+ for written ones).
